• A 60% to 80% advance payment is mandatory before the commencement of any service or project.

• Work will begin only after the advance payment is successfully received.

Refund Guidelines

• Advertising budgets paid towards platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or any third-party tools are strictly non-refundable.

• Service fees may be considered for refund only on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and progress of the work.

• No refund will be applicable once the service has started or any deliverables, drafts, or reports have been shared.

Cancellations

• Client-initiated cancellations do not guarantee a refund.

• No refunds will be provided for partially completed services.

• All refund-related decisions are made solely at the discretion of Kritz’s Digital Solution, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
