1.Services
Kritz’s Digital Solution provides digital marketing, branding, website development, portfolio creation, and government documentation services. All services are delivered based on the scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon with the client.
2. Payments

A 60%–80% advance payment is mandatory before the commencement of any service or project.

The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed milestones or timelines.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination without notice.
3. Refund & Cancellation

Advertising and third-party platform charges (Meta Ads, Google Ads, tools, etc.) are non-refundable.

Service fees may be refundable only on a case-by-case basis, subject to the stage of work.

Once work has started or any deliverables are shared, no refund will be applicable.

Client-initiated cancellations do not guarantee refunds.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Kritz’s Digital Solution.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, required documents, and approvals on time. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may affect project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, strategies, and materials created remain the property of Kritz’s Digital Solution until full payment is received. After payment, usage rights are granted as per the agreed terms.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of all client information and documents. Client data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for service execution.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kritz’s Digital Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, delays, or third-party platform changes.
8. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for policy changes, downtime, or issues related to third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, hosting providers, or government portals.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
